PHREEQC downloads

  • The program PHREEQC-2 and a manual can be downloaded from David Parkhurst's site.

  • NEW... PHREEQC help lets you make a quick start, explains all the keywords and... contains the new options not in the 1999 manual.
         Extract the file in a directory on your computer and click on it. Note: For proper display, you may have to unblock the file. Right click on the file (saved in your computer) in windows' Explorer, click Properties, Unblock.

  • Vincent Post's PHREEQC-2 for WINDOWS has an easy input window and can plot the calculation results directly on screen.

  • David Kinniburgh's PhreePlot allows to make accurate pe-pH diagrams and has a wealth of options for plotting other chemical data, for example:

    pe-pH-As pe-pH-As+sorbed species As sorbed species as function of P_CO2 and PO4
